Shipping policy

We offer standard and express shipping options for all Australian and New Zealand orders. Both options come with tracking.

We also offer standard shipping options for all international orders and express shipping options for most international orders. Both options come with tracking. Express shipping may not be available to select countries – in these instances free standard shipping will be offered for orders $350+ AUD. Taxes, customs and duties on orders are not included in international orders, and any incurred upon delivery to your country will be your responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

- Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.


- Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional non-returnable items:

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of pierced earrings or ear fittings.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable as well. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


If you received damaged goods, please contact us promptly with a photo of the item.



- Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
